After previous failed attempts to bring the Major League Baseball to Colorado, by the 1980’s it only seemed that by slim chance the team might be based in Denver. Banking exec, Larry Varnell, fought and successfully got Denver voters to approve a 0.1 percent sales tax to help finance a new baseball stadium. By 1993, the Colorado Rockies were officially inducted into the MLB along with the Florida Marlins.

LOGO ATHLETICS created a vintage “Retro Gradient” snapback cap dedicated to the team’s history. It’s a beautiful hat, with a Purple, White, and Black color scheme, the front crown really shines. “Colorado Rockies” is stitched across while the team logo takes the very middle of the cap. The back snaps are colored Purple. Get yours now by clicking HERE.
