Professional baseball has been played in the Pittsburgh area since 1876. The teams of the era were “independents”, barnstorming throughout the region and not affiliated with any organized league, though they did have salaries and were run as a business organization. After much controversy of who was to own the team, Barney Dreyfuss bought the team and officially named them as the Pittsburgh Pirates.
The MLB “Pittsburgh Pirates Custom” snapback cap takes a custom team logo and puts a spin on it by adding Neon color to each backdrop available (Black, Grey w/ Mango Orange, Grey w/ Pink). As shown above, the new altered trademark occupies the front crown in the center. In the back above the snaps, another Pirate makes an appearance. This cap is manufactured by the one and only giant, NEW ERA. Get your today by just clicking HERE.
