The Newark Eagles joined the Negro National League in 1936 and played competitively for 12 years. COMMON UNION has created a vintage inspired snapback cap to celebrate the team’s rich history and the antiquity of baseball. The team’s highest achievement was beating out the Kansas City Monarchs in the 1946 World Series. The team continued to play in the Negro Leagues until their departure from baseball in 1948.
