In Chinese culture, papercutting remains a symbol of fortuity. Often designs can be placed in front of buildings and homes for good luck and prosperity. With traces of the art going all the way back to the 6th century, AKUFUNCTURE has named their newest collection after papercutting.
Their “Papercutting” collection features brand new shirts and snapback caps including the “Aku” hat. There is a total of eight colorways to choose from. Each has “Aku” stitched on the front in White and a small design on the left panel. Check out the colors below and get yours: http://shop.akufuncture.com/.
