Before there was the LeBron James era and the “All for One, One for All” era, there was the “Gunds” era which saw the arrival of a new team logo in 1983 and new owners – also the use of the name “Cavs” instead of the “Cavaliers”. The era saw the team bring in a colorful theme with Burnt Orange and Navy colors surrounded the jerseys and arena. The team was also a significant part of the Eastern Conference making the playoffs eight straight times from the year 1986 onwards. Today, we take a look back at the old-school Cleveland Cavaliers with this New ERa 9Fifty Snapback which comes in with a Brown crown and Orange brim. The throwback Cavs logo is embroidered and raised in Black, Orange and White up front – including a smaller version at the back, just above the snap closure.
